We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect. - Responsibilities Put instruments away, take instruments to the OR, trouble shoot problems when needed (involving instruments in the OR). Provides excellent customer service. Actively participates in quality and process improvement initiatives. Ensures accurate documentation of the sterilization process and actively reports abnormalities to leadership. Participates in proper receiving and reprocessing activities related to loaner and consignment sets. Under the direction of the department Educator, may serve as preceptor to new staff or OR staff cross training to Sterile Processing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Requirements High School/GED -CRCST or CSPDT or CST certificate preferred
