MIGRATION CONSULTANT Our Migration team at ProService plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless and successful software migrations for both our internal employees and clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Migration Consultant. The Migration Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting clients through the software transition, offering expert assistance as they move from legacy platforms/technologies to the gold standard platform/technology. This role encompasses the execution of project timelines, resource oversight, technical problem-solving, escalation management, and comprehensive education and training on the new gold standard platform/technology. The ultimate objective is to ensure a successful transition, culminating in a smooth handover to the Service Team. Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the upgrade process, ensuring a seamless engagement from introduction phase to successful migration. Demonstrate understanding of the platform functionalities, HR/Payroll/Benefits regulations and compliance and the specific operational needs of our service offering. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and update migration project milestones Be responsive and accessible, providing prompt answers to any questions or concerns that may arise Develop and/or utilize a detailed plan for the migration project that outlines all tasks, timelines, and resources required Manage the project effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time with accurate outcomes Support and guide internal and client stakeholders throughout the migration process, ensuring that the process is completed smoothly, accurately and efficiently Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the migration project and collaborate to implement solutions to keep the project on track Ensure clients and employees are well trained on the new platform and manage any concerns or challenges to improve user adoption The base compensation for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM Experience Facilitating customer-facing projects (implementation, software migrations) for smaller, entrepreneurial customers Business to business relationship building, including Customer Success or Sales. CXO or executive leader relationship experience a plus Customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional, business environment that requires strong attention to detail Experience in HR, payroll, benefits and general business administration PEO or HCM technology required, familiarity with PrismHR and iSolved desired Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Applications Ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems including configuring, training and supporting on multiple system platforms. Customer Focus - Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences that provide satisfaction and results that serve to the client's needs while being mindful of the operational impact to maintain expectations. Ability to establish partner relationships and be visible and accessible. Organization and Planning - Strong organization and time management skills. Able to focus on key priorities while effectively juggling multiple projects and tasks with tight deadlines. Able to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritize throughout the day. Upholds strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and timeliness. Judgment/Decision Making - Confidence in judgment and decision making. Able to demonstrate consistent logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision-making. Able to work well with minimal supervision., pivoting and making flexible recommendations/accomodations without overcommitment or compromise. Intelligence - Demonstrates ability to acquire understanding and absorb new information. Communication - Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to address varying levels of business professionals (commonly with executive levels of leadership). Ability to break down complex concepts into easy, understandable ways for a client to understand. Possess strong business acumen. Strategic Planning - Has the ability to successfully plan for the future by assessing risk, having clarity on the purpose and outcomes while preparing strategies and solutions that support stakeholders.
